We would like to congratulate Elaine Vaughan, Buinger CTE Academy counselor, on being awarded the Career & Technical Association of Texas Guidance Award for 2016-2017.
Elaine will continue on to the ACTE Regional IV Conference in the spring to vie for the regional Career Guidance award. Region IV is comprised of state winners in Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.
