Bedford Junior High's Bronco makers had a blast this month with Cubelets! The Bedford Public Library and City Council member Michael Boyter visited and brought 20 sets of the robots for our students to program and play with! Maria Redburn, Library Director at Bedford Public Library, facilitated the program and challenged our students to consider the functionality of each type of cube as they pieced together their larger robots. The students created and recreated their robots to perform different functions and even used teamwork to combine sets to create more complex systems; STEM and collaboration skills at their finest! Mr. Martinak and the Bronco library love seeing our makers try new things and have fun while doing it! We are so appreciative of the willingness of our Bedford Public Library to collaborate with our Maker Club to make it AMAZING!
