On November 19, West Hurst Elementary conducted student-led conferences and had over 450 people in attendance. Our adopter Holy Trinity Anglican Church of Hurst donated many prizes for attending the event, including a NOOK tablet, iPod shuffles, and many various gift cards to local restaurants. Fr. Shawn even attended the event to learn about how our students talk about their data. West Hurst appreciates the partnership with Fr. Shawn and the Holy Trinity Anglican Church and West Hurst looks forward to many other events in the future!
