This year, Wilshire Elementary's vocabulary and book character parade had a record number of participants! Prekindergarten through 2nd grade dressed up as book characters, while 3rd through 6th graders chose a particular vocabulary word and created a festive costume to match. Teachers also participated with their own vocabulary costumes including lethargic, book worm, alliteration, and fragile.
